Ontem fui tomar um café da tarde com meu marido e tive uma experiência muito decepcionante. Ao chegarmos, sentamos e ninguém veio limpar a mesa. Mesmo assim, fui até o caixa para fazer o pedido. A atendente estava visivelmente de mau humor, não respondeu ao meu “boa tarde” e explicou os itens do cardápio com muita má vontade. Pedi dois cafés e duas tortas, mas fui informada de que as tortas estavam congeladas, apesar de estarem expostas para venda no balcão. Optei então por dois bolos. Pouco depois, vi a mesma torta sendo servida a outra pessoa, o que me causou estranheza. Ao questionar outra atendente, recebi uma resposta ríspida, acompanhada de descaso. O local estava cheio, mas também havia muitos funcionários, sem qualquer situação que justificasse esse tipo de atendimento. Considerando que o valor pago por dois cafés e dois bolos equivale ao preço de um almoço, o mínimo esperado seria uma experiência agradável. Saí extremamente decepcionada. I was there today, around 6:35 pm, with my girlfriend, at the Antesala Café at Shopping Granja Viana and I was completely surprised by the terrible service offered by the attendants. We arrived, sat at one of the tables, and waited for the server so we could place our order. Unfortunately, Attendant Rosângela, who always served us very well, was not there at the moment. After waiting a few minutes, I saw that there were other impatient customers looking at the employees, and I realized that something was wrong, I saw that some employees were chatting among themselves instead of serving the customers, so I got tired of waiting and went to ask the employee. who was at the cash register, if they were no longer serving the table, then she said that yes they were, but that if I wanted, I could place the order at the cash register. I said that I preferred to order at the table, and I asked for the menu, since she didn't offer it, and she replied sharply: There is a QR Code on the table, or you can get the menu there at the counter. I took the menu from the counter, as I saw that it would take a while for it to be brought to the table. I looked at the menu and no attendant came to take our order, so I said, if they are taking a long time to take our order, imagine, to prepare... So, we gave up and went to the competition, because I thought it was absurd , such disregard for customers. Afterwards, the owner of the Cafeteria doesn't even know about it, because revenue has dropped. Because poorly served customers rarely come back...
